Leadership Mid-America celebrated the graduation of its twenty-seventh class of community leaders. In addition to students, sponsors, key program contributors, and families of the graduates, MATC School Superintendent Michael Eubank and MATC Deputy School Superintendent Denny Prince were in attendance.

The graduates were selected through a competitive application process and completed a leadership curriculum drawn from Dare to Lead by Brene Brown. The class also visited area businesses each month, becoming more acquainted with the unique industries and organizations in their communities.

Leadership Mid-America is a regional leadership program identifying and developing leaders in the communities served by Mid-American Technology Center. The program’s mission is to develop and unite regional leaders, with the vision of being the leadership program of choice for developing regional leaders armed with an awareness of the challenges and opportunities in working together to merge community strengths and establishing a leadership standard for the region.
